Down through the centuries God has been telling his people to make room. We make room because God first made room for us. In Isaiah 54, God told his people to make room for the people who he would be sending them. God was telling his people that his work would result in the bringing in of those in exile. The far off would return! The scattered would be gathered! The lost sons and daughters of his would be found and heaven would rejoice!:  “Clear lots of ground for your tents! Make your tents large. Spread out! Think big! Use plenty of rope, drive the tent pegs deep. You’re going to need lots of elbow room for your growing family.” Isaiah 54:2-3 (The Message)

To make a difference in someone else’s life, we need to make room in our lives - in our hearts, in our schedules, at our kitchen table, in our homes, in our finances and giving.
