Here’s how we can help.
We meet with the leader(s) from each church on monthly one-on-one coaching calls to provide and intimate opportunity to work through real-life challenges, get input, set goals and celebrate wins. It’s a time for support, connection, accountability and encouragement.
Coaching
We know it is hard to find time and expensive to find the content needed every week for worship, kid and student ministry, and small groups, and to effectively run a church. We share with partners all the content we produce each week at Calvary, including Sunday messages and videos, sermon series, graphics & slides, bulletins, worship music, Orange kid and student curriculum, small group resources, administration and hospitality tools, and the training needed to use it all effectively.
Content
We host an annual gathering of church leaders called the Calvary Conference. The event is designed for you to join your key leaders - staff, council and lay leaders - for an annual day of reflection, learning, growing and connecting. Additionally, pastors and key lay leaders are often invited to join us for other growth opportunities through the year, including the Orange and Rethink Conferences, as well as learning cohorts around specific topics.
Connection
Partnership begins with an on-site visit at your church with your key leaders. While on location, out goal is to connect, provide support, encouragement, and evaluation in whatever way best serves your mission.
